We accept returns only if the garments you ordered from us have a default we did not mention on the product page, whether it be a stain, size issue, button missing, etc …). Please be aware that we sell vintage pieces of clothing, and that no matter how well they were taken care of, some of them might still show some signs of wear. That is to be expected on any garment. We will not accept a return if the damages noticed fit into this category.
If there is indeed an obvious default not mentioned, you can ship us back your order within 30 days.
Please contact us on Instagram beforehand so that we can discuss the issue and give you the address to send the garment back to ! And alongside your message, we would appreciate an order number or the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order.
Please notice that, unfortunately, you will have to pay for shipping, and that it will cost a maximum of 7chf. The shipping costs will be deducted directly from the money we send you back. We are trying to find a way for you not to pay for shipping, but it’s taking time. We are working on it as we speak !
Once we receive the damaged garment, we will contact you to confirm you can get a full (or partial) refund of your order. It will either be by email or Instagram direct messages.
If you are, you will get your money back through the same mean of payment you used to place your order, or even better by Twint.
Late payment
If you did not get your money back within the week, please do the following :
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank services with the date of the transactions
- Contact us through Instagram
Products on sale
We sadly do not accept returns from articles on sale for the time being.
Exchanges
As we only have one of each item, we are not able to exchange the article you received with the same one in another size. Vintage baby !
Gifts
When placing your order, you can leave a message in the dedicated box saying that this order is a gift. In that case, we will not show the price of the garment in the order, and we will send it to the address of your choice !
